I'm Joyce. I live in the perennially sunny island of Singapore, where I write, swim, and drink tea (not necessarily in that order).

After graduating from the National University of Singapore with a degree in English, I've worked at fashion magazines and start-ups as a lifestyle journalist, fashion editor, content manager/strategist, and copywriter while pursuing that author dream on the side.

These days, I'm a copywriter by day and writer by night. My books—Children of the Desert trilogy, Until Morning, No Room in Neverland—were published by Penguin Random House SEA, and my articles can be found on Harper's Bazaar, Her World, Cosmopolitan SG, and more. My debut novel, Lambs for Dinner (published by Straits Times Press), was one of the five winning entries of a nationwide competition organised by the National Arts Council of Singapore and Straits Times Press.
